Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Vloria. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times. Our pieces are shipped from our fulfillment partners, and delivery times vary by destination:
- United States & Canada: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–16 business days
- Middle East & GCC: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking. Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a link by email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.
