Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Return window. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached.

How to start a return. Email [Mohammedsmsm2007@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Order changes & cancellations. Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before the order is processed.
